In Defense of Animals – Africa

We’re proud to once again be selected as the caterer for In Defense of Animals-Africa’s annual gala May 18th. IDA-A is an Oregon-based organization that’s changing the world through its work with chimpanzees in Cameroon. The event raises money for their rescue center and its 72 orphaned chimpanzees. Naturally the menu is vegan! At Exuberance, we recognize that most vegan fare you get at events is boring and repetitive. So we’ve designed a fabulous menu that’s as delicious as it is creative. Join IDA-A and Exuberance Catering May 18th and honor a locally-based non-profit that has world-wide impact!
